The BizUp Process

We follow a consistent business development process across all of our products and services.

STEP 1: Planning

After our agreement is executed, the first phase of the engagement is planning. This is to ensure that BizUp and the Client are fully aware of the what, who, when, why, and how prior to the beginning of the program.

Proper planning is imperative to the success of a project. BizUp has standard processes to cover the important components of the engagement.

STEP 2: Discovery

Discovery is considered the start of the engagement. If needed, BizUp will schedule a call at the beginning of, or just prior to, the kickoff to finalize any details. BizUp will be available to the Client with any questions.

By including communication prior to starting, we ensure that no last-minute changes to the project or team have occurred, and the Client has the plan prior to beginning or executing the program.

STEP 3: Constant Delivery

Constant delivery is at the core of our engagements. Discovery allows us to understand and plan the Client's program. This phase is an accumulation of the objectives discussed and the results we want.

BizUp has a "no-surprise" policy and regularly works with the Client to set milestones throughout our engagement. Furthermore, we will begin documentation of the deliverables to be provided to the Client after this phase. The Client will have confidence that the BizUp team has executed each milestone effectively.

STEP 4: Reporting

The BizUp process ends with reporting. We are a data-driven organization so all of our deliverable includes numbers that are clear, concise, and accurate.

BizUp’s reporting takes into account the entire process; we customize reports for each Client. The draft report is provided within 2 weeks of the last day of delivery. A final report is provided, post-delivery, within 30 days. This is unsurpassed within our industry.
